Flint Hearing Site Closing Sooner Than Expected

Workers comp lawyer provides update on Flint, MI hearing site closure. Cases expected to be transferred starting November 19, 2012.

The Flint hearing office will be closed sooner than expected. The Agency expects all business to be concluded by November 15, 2012 at the close of day.

All Flint cases will be transferred to the Dimondale location with matters commencing November 19, 2012. Lapeer County cases will be transferred to the Pontiac hearing office.

No written notice to be given

Attorneys are expected to inform their clients of this closure and the new hearing sites. Written notice will not be sent.

Unrepresented individuals will be contacted by the Agency. This includes employers who do not have insurance.
