Michigan Workers Compensation Agency begins accepting additional claim and litigation forms through secure DEG website.
The Agency will now be accepting forms 400, 401, 100, 107, and 701 via upload through the Michigan Data Exchange Gateway (DEG). The application for a DEG account can be downloaded here.
Only insurance carriers approved to write workers compensation and self-insurers can participate. Servicing agents can also request access.
All uploaded forms must be single page documents. Forms with attachments should continue to be sent by regular mail.
