Daimeon joined Berman & Kaufman, PC in 2026. He earned a law degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University. As an attorney and dispute resolution professional, he participates in mediation and arbitration. He serves as a Hearing Officer for Non-Union employee disputes at the City of Detroit. He earned a Certificate of Training in Civil Mediation. He has served as a mediator at the Wayne Mediation Center and the 36th District Court.
Daimeon is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School where he teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation.
He enjoys serving the community. He served on the Board of Trustees for Crossroads of Michigan, a non-profit organization that provides social services, food services, and other programs for anyone in need. He served on the Board of Directors for the Wolverine Bar Association (where he served as Chair of the Mentorship Committee for 2 years), which is an organization of African American attorneys coalesced to address pressing legal and political issues. He received a Certificate of Recognition from Michigan Community Resources for his work involving nuisance abatement of properties in the City of Detroit.

It maybe easy to say what you can't say; about Alex, then to try and combined everything about him into a small bleep with in a review of what you want to say about this man called Alex. Alex, if you will in trust in him, will become; not only a guardian to you, yet a protector, a calming lighthouse to guide you home, and keep not only you safe in a uncertain time, yet also your family. A man that will input wisdom to you when he feels it fit, to ensure the best outcome for you as well your family . A man who will have no problem, having " A come to Jesus" moment with an inappropriate acting insurance company, (As he did for me.) For that said insurance company, cared more about their bottom line, then about how severely I was truly injured. That is, until Alex said, come here folks, let have us a talk, and he corrected not only their way of thinking , Yet how were going to play nice with others, in only a way that Alex could. This man name Alex, (Along with his staff of s guarding Angel's one in particular by the name of Jane) though they have many clients made you feel as though you were their only one. All though my case has now drawn to a successful close. This is only as a result of the actions and determination put forth by this man named Alex. Like a ruttier to ship, or a lighthouse acting as a beacon of hope, to a lost vessel,. Alex and his staff guarded and protected not only myself through all my surgeries, yet also ensured my wife was protected and wanted for nothing well I was in Ann Arbor (recovering from heart surgeries that were the result of my work injury.) Alex and Jane Guarded and protected her an I safely through all of it, as though she and I were a lost vessel, on a stormy Lake Superior, in mid November.
