Workers’ Compensation Agency (WCA) releases updated magistrate docket assignment list effective January 28, 2019.

The county of injury determines where a case will take place. Hearing sites are in Detroit, Pontiac, Okemos, Saginaw, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Gaylord, Traverse City, Baraga, Escanaba, and Sault Ste. Marie.
