City of Farmington Hills receives Michigan Municipal League Workers’ Compensation Loss Control Achievement Award.
We want to acknowledge the City of Farmington Hills for receiving the Michigan Municipal League Workers’ Compensation Loss Control Achievement Award in 2015. Farmington Hills has received this distinction 19 times over the past 23 years.
Our main office is located in Farmington Hills and several of our lawyers have lived in this community. We are thrilled to see Farmington Hills taking workers’ compensation issues seriously.
According to its 2015 Annual Report mailed to residents, Farmington Hills had one of best safety records in the state and was among the lowest in claims. Its excellent record has been attributed to employees having the resources to perform their jobs safely. The Farmington Hills Safety Committee also reviews each safety-related incident and offers recommendations for improvement.
